The Planur-e journal aims to disseminate quality professional articles whose quality and interest mean they can be classified as good practices in the fields of land zoning, town planning, the environment, landscape and urban design.
Four numbers will be edited each year. The journal will accept only articles about professional works dealing with topics related to the journal’s subject matters – these articles will be available when they are accepted by the Editorial Team. All articles published will be incorporated into the journal Archive.
Authors are guaranteed free access to the number in which they publish. Readers can freely access to abstracts, but must be subscribed to see the articles in full.
Articles should be original and previously unpublished anywhere else in any language.
Length: Articles should be no longer than 8,000 words and 20 pages including illustrations. The minimum length of the article will be 2,500 words.
Abstracts of papers will be posted on the magazine's intranet in open format.
Articles can be written in Spanish, English, French or Portuguese, but preferably in Spanish.
The pdf version will be available in Spanish and the original language.
Articles commissioned by the Editorial team will also be evaluated before the publication.
Key words: All articles should include four key words to classify the article according to the author’s judgment. The publisher reserves the right, however, to use their own key words for the Archive.
Author(s): with the profession or rank they wish to be included. A Curriculum Vitae and photograph should also be sent, together with an e-mail address and website if there is one. It should have 250 words maximum in case of one author, or 275 words maximum in case of more authors.
Abstract: It is compulsory to deliver an abstract of less than 200 words about the subject, methodology and conclusions in the article, with no footnotes and written in the same language as the article itself. Abstracts will be published in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
Bibliography: Only works cited in the text should be included in the Bibliography at the end, in alphabetical order using authors’ surnames.
(1) Books: Author (Year), title, place, publisher.
(2) Articles: Author (Year), “Title” in: name of the Journal, volume, number, pages.
(3) Articles in books: Author (Year), “Title” in: title of the book, place, publisher, pages.
Quotations: Should be in the main body of text in italics, referring to the bibliography in brackets (surname, year of publication).
Notes: Numbered consecutively at the end of the article.
Illustrations: Should be identified by the word “figure” followed by a number and the name of the image. The source and author reference should always be included and if the illustration includes the reproduction of third parties’ images, due permission should be obtained from the author and the publisher.
Composition:
An Authorization letter accepting the conditions of the journal should be send for the publication of the article.
A template form for articles will be given to the author in doc format. Authors will find the different styles defined there.

Planur-e: www.planur-e.es es una revista digital editada en España en materias de territorio, urbanismo, sostenibilidad, paisaje y diseño urbano. Nació con el objetivo de exponer buenas prácticas dando voz a los profesionales, planteando que sean los propios autores de los trabajos quienes los presenten. Se colabora así a su difusión, al tiempo que se ofrece, a aquellos que se aproximan al proyecto, la oportunidad de ver otras formas de trabajar y contrastar sus propias reflexiones y propuestas. Planur-e por sus características pretende llenar un hueco, dada la escasez de publicaciones en estas materias. Alcanza en este momento su número diez, con un planteamiento monográfico y da, al tiempo, en su Miscelánea cabida a múltiples temas. Cuenta ya con un número importante artículos alrededor de 150, hasta el momento, y con autores de muy distintos países, lo que enriquece su tarea de divulgación.
